These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Loufybooks, including our website, mobile apps and admin dashboard ("Service"), operated by Loufybooks. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription plan. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis as described at checkout. Trials, where offered, automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, interfering with its normal operation, uploading unlawful or harmful content, or using the Service to violate any applicable law or the rights of others.

You retain ownership of the business data, customer records and other content you enter into the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, store, process and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Content.

We strive to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, update features, or temporarily suspend access where necessary, and will aim to give advance notice where practical.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
